Mogalirekulu Part 4: Devi Leaves All, praying God for well being of RK's family

Mahi returns to his parents from Dubai after preventing the Mumbai bomb blasts and attacks on his father and gives extreme joy to his mother and all family members. Devi hides from the view of others and secretly watches all these happy moments of Mahi's family. RK Naidu feels very proud of his son for receiving thanks and compliments from CM of Mumbai. The CM proposes to recommend for his award from government. But Mahi refuses to agree for the proposal saying that he had done only his duty as a human being and as a responsible citizen of the country. All get pleased with his humble and ideal thoughts.




Shanti never leaves Mahi even for a second and gets emotional at times recollecting how she missed him and how they were waiting for him. Mahi consoles her and tells he will never leave her again and enjoys the love and affection from her and all others

Shanti introduces Devi to Mahi as Selva's daughter-in-law and tells him that she is a good girl and is living with them and that she likes her very much. Devi and Mahi greet each other as if they do not know each other maintaining the secrecy of their relationship in respect of RK's decisions. They keep contacting secretly through messages and phone calls.

Mahi narrates his past details to his family and also tells about Anji, Kittu, Malli and Ali and how they loved him and cared for him. Shanti goes to Hyderabad to meet them and thanks them all for taking care of Mahi. Then she stays back at Sathya's house along with Mahi. Devi stays with her mother in Selva's house.

Keerthana's daughter Sindhu gets much attracted by Mahi's gentleness and begins admiring him and sitting with him often. Keerthana and Sathya watch this and think they liked each other. So they think of getting them married as they do not know that Mahi is already married. They talk of this idea with Shanti also and she gets pleased with the idea. They think of obtaining RK's approval first and then talk to Mahi and Sindhu.

RK Naidu promised to Devi and Mahi that he will inform about their being married to Shanti and others within two days. He further assures Devi that he will come to Selva's house along with Shanti and take her to his house as their daughter-in-law.

One day Durga comes to Satya's house and Pallavi introduces Mahi to him. Durga recognizes him as Munna Bhai. Mahi immediately takes him aloof and tells him that he is Munna and explains him the reasons for keeping this as secret for some period. Satya listens to their talk and gets shocked. He thinks that Devi deliberately hid this secret and married him for some selfish motives. So he goes straight to Selva's house in a rage and bursts out all the anger over him and his family using obscene and vulgar words for Devi also. Selva becomes very furious hearing his bad words for Devi and pushes him out of his house shouting that he will unite Devi and Munna at any cost.

While this was happening in Selva's house, there at RK's house Shanti calls to RK and informs him of their idea of marrying Mahi with Sindhu. RK gets shocked and tells her the truth that Mahi is married and Devi is his wife. As Satya was not there, he does not know about this. Now Shanti and others get shocked and think over how to receive Devi. RK tells Shanti that there should not be any room for grudges or enmity and hate in their decisions but her decision should be based on what is right. So finally Shanti accepts Devi as her daughter-in-law as she is a very good and nice girl and as she loves her a lot.

There at Selva's house, Selva Swami pushes Satya out of his house with force as he continues using abusive words. In that fight, Satya slips down the stairs and falls on his back getting injured badly. Selva and others get bewildered at this unexpected incident. Immediately, they take him to the hospital and Selva informs to RK about this incident. RK gets very angry with Selva but controls himself after knowing the details of the incident.

Now, Shanti who heard this shocking news gets heart attack and she also is admitted into hospital. All get worried for her and Satya's lives. Devi thinks all this happened because of her. She blames herself and thinks herself to be a doom for RK's family. She worries much for Shanti. So she takes a vow in front of God that she will go away from the lives of Mahi and his family and begs for the lives of Satya and Shanti.

She gets to know that Satya and Shanti are out of danger and leaves the place stealthily without telling anyone except Ishwar from whom she requests help for her stay in concealment. She tells Ishwar of her vow before God and forces him to help her and takes promise that he will never inform anybody of the facts and her whereabouts. She threatens of committing suicide if he tells anybody. So he arranges for her secured stay at some secret place in Chennai and keeps it very confidential and asks her to be in regular contact with him. Before leaving, she takes off her bangles offered by Shanti and mangalsutra tied by Mahi in front of the God and wears a sacred thread of turmeric which is treated as auspicious for married women. Then she prepares a video tape of her speech addressed to Mahi and his parents and Selva in which she states the reasons of leaving as something else to make them get angry over her and not search for her any more.

After Shanti and Satya recover, Mahi realizes that Devi is not there. He asks Selva about her whereabouts but Selva, who had seen the CD by then, tries to escape by telling Mahi that Devi is much disturbed at present and left somewhere to have some peace. But Selva's mother Gomati comes to know of the CD and takes it secretly from Selva's room and shows it to Mahi after asking him to meet her alone along with a laptop at a predetermined secret place. Seeing the CD, Mahi gets shocked and feels very sad and lonely. Then he gets angry over Devi for leaving him in those painful moments. He searches for her but could not trace her.

Meanwhile RK Naidu also watches the CD through Selva and gets astonished at Devi's cold cutting and ruthless words and at the same time doubts that she might have done it deliberately for some reason as this was not her nature. He employs his men to search for her and manages to trace her whereabouts through Ishwar's phone messages. Devi somehow feels that RK may trace her through phone calls. So she switches off the phone and thinks of purchasing new sim card. Meanwhile Ishwar fears that she may escape and so goes to see her at Chennai. RK's men follow him and trace her and keep guard till RK goes to her.

Devi reveals to RK that she had sworn in front of God for Shanti and Satya's lives and that now she could not take back her oath. So she is unable to come with him. But RK asks her to stay at least in Hyderabad and promises her that he will not reveal this secret to anybody. He assures that he will himself arrange for her stay so that she can live there more safely under his protection and that nobody will ever come to know of this without her will. So Devi agrees and comes to Hyderabad along with him. RK arranges for her stay in his relative Gauri's  house who is presently staying abroad. He keeps police protection and arranges for house maid, etc. and keeps his promise of not informing about her to anybody, even Mahi or Selva.

Now, at Selva's house, Selva and Devi's parents wait eagerly for news of Devi as they were informed by RK Naidu that he is going to bring her. But Durga and Gomati are worried more for Ishwar's whereabouts as nobody is aware that Ishwar went stealthily to meet Devi at Chennai. They get afraid that Ishwar left house as somebody might have scolded him inspite of his trying to be a good person. Selva realises Durga's feelings for Ishwar and assures that he will never again scold Ishwar or allow others to talk ill of him and promises to search for him and bring him back.

Meanwhile RK calls to Selva and informs him that he is in Hyderabad and wants to talk with him and Devi's parents regarding Devi telling that she not agreed to come with him. Then RK calls to Shanti also and informs her that he is coming to them and that Selva and Devi's parents will also be coming to their house. He further tells Shanthi to keep Mahi out of their house when they will be there. Shanti immediately tells Sathya of RK's message and asks whether it is comfortable to him if Selva and others come. Even though he agrees in front of her for RK's sake, later he calls to Selva and tells him that he can not bear his presence. So Selva keeps back and sends only Devi's parents to Sathya's house.

Shanti manages with the help of Sindhu in sending Mahi out of house alongwith Sindhu, Pallavi, Mohan and Megha for sightseeing. Sindhu prompts Megha to have a fresh look of Hyderabad City as she thought it to be the fittest idea to keep Mahi away from home for some hours. Megha's brother Pratap brought Mohan and Megha there to keep them safe from Raghava who may kill them. Pratap informs Mahi about their decision to marry and about Raghava making accident of Mohan.

Meanwhile, RK Naidu comes home and informs Devi's parents and Shanti and others about Devi's decision of not returning back. But he assures them that she is safe under his protection and no need to worry as he will take care of her. Devi's mother, Shanti and Sathya all get shocked at this decision of Devi. Sathya says that he will come with RK and talk to her. But RK tells that at present she is not prepared to hear to anybody and asks them not to try to disturb or contact her; otherwise she may leave for ever. He promises that he will deal with her delicately and convince her within some time and bring back her as it is their duty as parents and elders to give pleasure to both Mahi and Devi who have sacrificed their lives for others and suffered so much for their near and dear ones.

Ishwar returns home and Selva receives him with love and happiness. Ishwar feels astonished at his father's love for him. Gomati and Durga feel very happy at Selva's affection and care for Ishwar. Ishwar did not reveal where he had been but simply tells them that he had been unable to return the same day and that his mobile battery was exhausted to contact on phone. Then he tries to talk with Devi but she did not lift the phone as she is very angry for his revealing her whereabouts to RK. Then Ishwar puts messages to her expressing sorry for his mistake due to which police traced her location. Then Devi replies "It's okay" and Ishwar gets relief.

Meanwhile, Mahi who is unaware of the result of RK going to Chennai for meeting Devi and bringing her back, requests Sindhu to know  about the same and inform him. So Sindhu goes to her mother and asks about Devi. Keerthana tells her that RK did not meet her. When Sindhu comes out of the room Satya asks Keerthana why she is telling lie instead of letting Mahi know about the reality. As his voice was much louder because of his hate for Devi and Selva, his words reach Sindhu's ears and she returns back and asks does Devi really wants divorce then. Keerthana and Satya get shocked at the word of "divorce" and ask Sindhu why she is saying so? Then Sindhu tells them about the CD in which Devi asked for divorce after taking off her bangles and mangalsutra. She also tells them that RK and Mahi knew all this and that she came to know all this through Pallavi who got informed by Durga.

Sindhu after coming out tells Mahi that Devi was not there in Chennai when RK went to meet her. She tells this lie as she could not bear Mahi feeling sad and depressed by knowing the truth. Then Mahi calls to his father and RK asks him not to lose hope telling that he will do all that can be done in tracing her and bringing her back. RK was returning from Devi's place where he went for meeting Devi to see that everything is perfect and to inform her that he is going to Mumbai for some days.

In the meantime, Mahi who is deeply depressed drives out and on the way suddenly remembers his father telling him previously that Ishwar helped Devi in going away. He doubts that Ishwar is deliberately doing all this as he did not like Devi living happily with Mahi. So he immediately reaches Selva's house and asks Ishwar about the whereabouts of Devi in front of Devi's parents. As Ishwar tells that he does not know, Mahi gets furious and tells him that he knew everything about his helping Devi by arranging for her stay at Chennai. He blames Ishwar that he might have removed Devi from there before RK's reaching there. Devi's parents think it to be real and begin scolding Ishwar. Ishwar requests Mahi to talk to RK again as he knows everything. So Mahi in a rage calls to RK and puts microphone on so that Ishwar and Devi's parents can hear RK's voice. RK instructs Mahi to leave Ishwar immediately and come to him to know the facts. RK further tells that Ishwar helped Devi but with good intentions only. So Mahi leaves Ishwar and goes to his father. Devi's parents express sorry to Ishwar for mistaking him.

Meanwhile Muniyamma was witnessing everything and informs to Gomati who was sleeping at that time. Gomati gets angry and shouts at Devi's parents for insulting Ishwar in front of Mahi and Selva arrives there and asks what is going on. Gomati narrates everything that happened and Selva gets pleased that Ishwar changed and provided help to Devi for her safe stay at Chennai. Gomathi feels bad as Selva does not scold Rajani and Shankar for insulting Ishwar. 

Mahi meets RK and comes to know that the actual reason behind Devi's keeping away from them is her oath before God that she will leave them all if Shanti and Sathya get recovered.  He admires her love and care for his mother but could not bear the thought of living without her. RK consoles him by saying that he will bring her back by changing her mind but it requires some time. He tells Mahi to let her stay alone without disturbance for some days otherwise she may disappear for ever.

Mahi feels very much disturbed and unable to bear the thought of living without Devi or allowing Devi to suffer by staying alone for his and his family's sake. So he contacts Ishwar and after expressing sorry to him for his rude behaviour with him, requests him to give Devi's mobile number as he remembered him saying that he daily conveys with her through messages. Ishwar expresses his inability to give the number as he had promised so to Devi. Mahi gets irritated because at one end Devi tells that she could not come back as she vowed before God and at the other end Ishwar says that he could not give number because he promised so to Devi.

Meanwhile, Raghavendra and Aravind keep searching for Megha and Pratap and become restless. Just then Pratap arrives and tells them that he had taken Megha to Mahi's house along with Mohan. They shout on him for doing so. Pratap informs them that Megha and Mohan love each other deeply and are getting to be married soon with the help of Mahi  and that he had saved Mohan only for her sake and her happiness. He warns them  not to do any harm to them as they are in the direct protection of Mahidhar and RK Naidu.

Here at Sathya's house, seeing the mental worry of Mahi and Shanti, Sathya tells Keerthana that the only solution to keep them happy is to make Mahi give divorce to Devi and marry Sindhu. Keerthana gets shocked at his mentality and asks him not to think in that manner. Pallavi happens to hear their conversation and she gets much worried. So she calls to Durga and tells him about their thoughts and urges Durga to do something. Durga immediately goes to Ishwar and tells him about this. Now Ishwar falls in dilemma. He can't break his promise to Devi or keep silent and allow Sindhu marry Mahi. So he meets Mahi and gives him the sim card through which he used to contact Devi and requests him to keep it as a secret and to convey with her as if Ishwar is conveying.

Mahi contacts Devi through messages meant to be sent through Ishwar and on her response feels very happy. He takes permission from his father to deal with Devi in his own manner to bring her back home without informing him about the SIM or about his plans. RK agrees as he is confident that Mahi will manage at any cost and succeed in his pursuit. But he advises him to take care so that she may not be lost for ever.

Devi wants to see Mahi immediately as she gets worried over a false message that Mahi met with an accident and is in hospital. Even though she receives further messages saying that it was only a joke to know her reactions, she fears and longs to see him physically and get satisfied that he is safe. So she requests Ishwar (as she thinks the messages to be coming from Ishwar only) to help her in viewing Mahi secretly at the Sai Baba temple without his knowledge. She asks Ishwar to take the help of Pallavi through Durga and make Mahi visit the temple along with Sindhu and Pallavi so that she can watch him secretly without his knowledge.

Now, Mahi feeling very happy, goes to Pallavi's room and requests her to manage in visiting the temple taking Sindhu also with them the next day morning. Pallavi agrees and feels glad to see him happy after so many days. She goes in but comes to know from the conversation between Shanti, Keerthana and Sathya that Mohan and Megha's marriage is also at the same time when Mahi wanted to visit the temple. So all of them will be present in the temple the next day morning. But Mahi tells Pallavi that there will not be any problem.

Devi did not sleep throughout the night and gets ready early in the morning and reaches the temple in an auto. She waits for Mahi's arrival eagerly and when four vehicles reach there she gets astonished. She watches all of them secretly from a window and seeing Mohan and Megha clad in wedding clothes, understands that it is Megha's marriage due to which all of them arrived there. She feels glad to see all of them and watches the marriage ceremony and remembers her taking blessings from Shanti and others and her marriage with Mahi at Sikander Bhai's residence and feels both joy and sorrow.


Meanwhile, suddenly  somebody  comes  from  behind  and  kidnaps  her  after  making  her  unconscious.
But later,  we come to know  that  it  is Mahi  who got  kidnapped  her  for talking with her and to convince
her to return home.
