Parvati goes to Neelu's house to express sorry on behalf of Viren. But Neelu and her mother are adamant on their stand and express their dislike at meeting or talking to her and her family members as Viren had behaved too much roughly even without caring for the old aged Govind Master. ACP calls to Krishnamurthy in the night and informs him about his fear for Prithvi. The Doctor is not confirming whether Prithvi can recover or not. She comes to know that he is talking with ACP about Prithvi. When she hears Krishnamurthy telling ACP that Neelu can't bear if anything happens to Prithvi's life, she runs to him and asks him to tell her what has happened to Prithvi and where he is. Krishnamurthy gets shocked to see her there and tries to cover the matter. But Neelu shouts and weeps and prays to tell her everything. Her shouts wake up her mother Satya and Govind master also. They also reach the place and enquire what has happened.
Now, Krishnamurthy had no choice but to tell them the truth. He narrates everything about ACPs call to him and his visiting Prithvi in a deserted private clinic of ACP's friend where Prithvi was lying in serious condition and his treatment being done very secretly to save Prithvi from his enemies' eyes. Neelaveni goes along with her father to the isolated clinic of Dr.Mahesh treating Prithvi. ACP was there already and he takes them in. Neelu sees Prithvi lying unconscious on the bed in critical condition and gets very emotional. She weeps a lot for him and asks him to open eyes and talk with her and her child in the womb.After much weeping, Prithvi suddenly develops some problem. His heart gets bumping up and down heavily. The Doctor immediately attends to him and begins pumping it by pressing with his hands. Neelaveni gets much frightened at this and fells down unconscious. Immediately Krishnamurthy takes her to the hospital where the Lady Doctor looking to her case attends her. After conducting all tests, she comes to Krishnamurthy who had called Satya also by the time. The Doctor tells them that she got aborted due to the shock. Satyawati cries a lot and the Doctor and Krishnamurthy tell her to control herself and think for Neelaveni.

ACP takes the mobile and orders for the details of phone calls from that number. He is shocked to see that Sameer's name is repeated many times and the last call was also made to Sameer.
