As already told, Shanti and R.K.Naidu's son Mahi who was barely one year old, left the house when all people were still in the shock of bomb blast and was taken by a woman to her home whose husband took him to a lonely place and after taking the necklace from his neck put him in a lorry which carried him to Vizag.
After the lorry reached Vizag, it stopped at some place where a man happened to see the child and took him secretly from that place to his abode where he was keeping four other children like him who were made to work and earn money for that man. Apart from this child, there were three boys and a girl named Anji, Kittu, Kasi and Malli respectively. They got very fond of the new child and as he was too little to tell them his name, they named him Munna. From that day he came to be known as Munna.
For some years they lived together at that place and worked for that man. In the meantime Selva Swamy who was in jail for 14 years was released and returned to his home where Shankar and Rajini were looking after his sons, Ishwar and Durga. Gomati was put in jail only for two years, as she had cooperated with police in getting the bomb blast culprits caught and punished. She was staying in her ancestral home at Madurai till Selva's release from jail. Now on her request Selva allowed her to come back to him and stay with his children on the condition that she will not corrupt his children. Shankar and Rajini had two sons and a daughter. The daughter was just like a photocopy of Selva's wife Meenakshi both in face resemblance, beauty and also in character. Selva was very happy and loved her very much.
After some time, Selva Swamy who was staying at Hyderabad started a new business named after his deceased wife "Meenakshi Constructions" in Vizag and invited all including aspiring labourers at the foundation ceremony. Anji, Kittu, Kashi also go there for work and Munna also accompanied them. There, little Munna meets little Devi for the first time. After Bhumi Pujan Selva distributed sweets through Devi to all the workers assembled there. Devi was impressed and was pity with little Munna and played with him there for some time. But she was taken away by Gomathi and others.
Munna used to be very self respective and did not bear any kind of insult or injustice to himself or to his those four friends whom he loved so much and regarded them as more than brothers. He used to fight for justice at all times. One day he had to fight with some guys teasing Malli and saved her from them. But as those guys had much influence in that locality, they managed to put him in jail for some period. After his release from jail also they did not leave him and threatened him to leave Vizag or face consequences.. Anji, Kittu, Malli all liked his royal personality. But they were afraid of those guys and any bad consequences. So all of them request him to leave that place and go to some other place and live peacefully. Munna did not like the idea but only for their safety sake, he left Vizag and reached Mumbai.
At Mumbai he took up various activities including horse caring and riding. One day he happened to save a person from danger of life. That man was Mumbai don Sikander Bhai which he came to know later. Sikander Bhai was very much pleased with Munna and he got very fond of him and after knowing that he was an orphan, he asked him to stay with him and looked after him as his own brother. From there on Munna became a business partner of Sikander Bhai and aided him in all his illegal activities and business tradings. But he never allowed any indecency with women. He severely punished whoever showed disrespect to women or tried to molest them. Sikander Bhai also liked this quality in him. Due to this honesty and soft nature Munna developed some enemies within Sikander Bhai's group. But they were afraid of Sikander Bhai to do any harm to him.
Although Munna was with Sikander Bhai and looking after all his business, he was doing all this because of the affection and love he was receiving from him. Munna himself was not interested in earning money or doing illegal activities. He was very kind hearted, honest and humane natured. He punished only criminals and cruel minded people and those who interfered with his or Sikander Bhai's work. At times of loneliness he used to retrospect at his childhood, his friends at Vizag and that little girl Devi who offered him sweets. He had all the sweet and bitter memories of his childhood with him.
After some period, Munna reaches Hyderabad to start his own construction business and be in proximity to his dear ones like Anji, Kittu, Kashi and Malli. One day he happened to meet a poor Muslim boy named Ali who was being beaten by some people saying he is a thief. Munna saved him from them. After knowing that he is very poor and striving to save his mother from severe illness and death, Munna got very pity over him and tried to help him but could not save his mother from death. Ali was very much broken and Munna gives him shelter and admits in a school and offers to bear all his expenses and look after him as his own younger brother. Ali was very pleased and began to respect and admire him very deeply. He loved and cared for Ali so much that he named the business in the name of Ali as "Ali Constructions". Ali felt very happy at this gesture of Munna and his love and respect for him increased.

They find out the whereabouts of him and come to know that he was living with Anji, Kittu and Kashi. As they were working in their company, Ishwar called them and enquired about Munna and come to know that he was an orphan like them and they regard him as their younger brother and that he recently came from Mumbai. They keep on quarrelling with Munna.
Once they attacked Ali to track Munna. They took the help of Kashi by alluring him with some means.As Kashi was jealous with Munna, he agreed to help Ishwar. He took Ali to Ishwar who took him to a secret place and beat him and locked him there. When Munna came to know of this, he kidnapped Devi after telling her about his brother's kidnap by Ishwar to secure the release of Ali. Thus Devi and Munna come in contact with each other. Devi has seen Munna previously also on roads and once when she was talking with her brother Shiva's lover Anju eating ice cream. Devi and Munna liked each other's character and admired each other. Munna knew that Ishwar would be marrying her and kept distance.
But Ali wanted Munna to be very happy in his life. So he makes Devi and Munna meet each other at Devi's college and brings them together and made them admire each other and fall in love. But Ishwar was in love of her. Kashi also did not like Munna moving with Devi and he complaints to Ishwar regarding their close moving. Ishwar was very angry at this. He was in search of means to remove Munna from his way.
In the meantime, there was fuss in Devi's family. Shankar used to ill treat Rajini and hate Devi as Devi was keeping distance with Ishwar and irritating him always. He, with the support of Gomati, was telling his wife Rajini to force Devi to change her attitude. Devi was worried of her family members who would not accept her marry Munna. So she pretends as if she was not liking Munna and scolds him when he proposes to marry her sacrificing her love for the sake of her family members. She insulted him saying he is an orphan, had no relatives, no name and no education and so on. Munna gets broken.
One day Kashi gives information to Ishwar that Munna was going to Madurai. Ishwar follows Munna secretly without the knowledge of his family members. There he shoots at Munna and injures him in the shoulder. Munna also fires at him in rage but it did not hit him. Later Munna gets Ishwar arrested by sending some duplicate cops and take him to a lonely place. There Munna fires at Ishwar's knee and tells him to remember his shot for lifelong as a punishment to his wicked deeds. Later Ishwar gets admitted in hospital and gets treatment for the leg. An artificial limb was replaced to him and he had to walk with the support of a stick ever after. Munna gets first aid treatment at Devi's grand father's house and returns to Hyderabad and then goes to Mumbai to stay with Bhai.
On reaching Mumbai, he comes to know that Mumbai D.G. had given warning to all criminals to stop illegal activities and surrender. Munna gets frustrated for his Bhai and wanted to talk with D.G. But neither he nor Bhai was allowed to meet D.G. Further, Bhai was put into jail for some time due to which he gets shock and heart attack and had to be kept in hospital. Then Munna vows to take revenge on D.G. (R.K.Naidu) before his Bhai promising him that he will kill him.
In the meantime, Ishwar wanted to take revenge on Munna. He did not like Munna's return to Mumbai. He planned another plot with the help of Kashi. He planned an accident to Ali and put his life in a very critical condition. This news was given to Munna from the hospital. Munna immediately leaves all his plans and rushes to the hospital from Mumbai and gets his treatment done employing the greatest Doctors. Devi also got the news and visits Ali. She was very much shocked at the brutality of Ishwar and was very pity on Ali. After this incident she began hating Ishwar and was very sorry for Munna also. After Munna gets assured that Ali will be out of danger, he asks Kittu and others to look after him and reaches Mumbai to go ahead with his plan of killing R.K.Naidu.
Now, R.K.Naidu comes to know of this plot of Munna and publicises that he will be going to temple to perform some special pooja continuously for seven days or so to trap Munna and his Bhai. Now Munna goes to the temple and surveys the location and plans to kill the D.G. on the last day of the pooja. He goes inside the temple the previous night itself to hide in it and attack D.G. from inside when he comes to perform pooja in the morning. But after going inside, he gets a call from Ali, who had just got consciousness in the hospital at Hyderabad and wanted to talk with him. On hearing Ali's voice Munna was so happy and immediately he began thinking of Shanti, that kind hearted, simple lady whose husband he was planning to kill. A lot of conflict began in his conscience and he felt he could not kill her husband. After much thinking and conflict he tells Sikander Bhai over phone that he is unable to make the murder and requests Bhai to forgive him for not keeping his promise made to him. Bhai was already well aware with his nature and tells him to return back. Just when he was about to move from there, he hears some noise and notices that police had already surrounded the temple to catch him. Anyhow, he managed to escape from there. Then he meets Sikander Bhai personally and asks for his pardon again and then returns to Hyderabad to see Ali.
After Ali recovers from the critical condition and returns to home, he again tries to get Munna and Devi meet one another again and wipe out their distances. Devi felt sorry for what she did by insulting Munna for the sake of her family members. She expressed her love towards Munna and hate at Ishwar. Ali managed in Devi and Munna meeting each other and expressing their love for each other.
Ishwar was tracking all the happenings through his secret agents. He was very furious that Devi again began loving Munna. One day he got a glimpse of Munna while tracking him and comes to the conclusion that Munna is R.K.Naidu's son because of their resemblances. He informs all this to Sikander Bhai and tells him that Munna did not shoot R.K.Naidu as he already knew that R.K.Naidu is his father. But Sikander Bhai did not believe his words. And even if Munna was really R.K.Naidu's son, he knew that Munna will never betray him. But to confirm the fact he wanted to meet R.K.Naidu.
In the meanwhile R.K.Naidu gets phone call recordings of all conversations between Munna and Sikander Bhai and comes to know that Munna withdrew his plan of killing him and that he is not cruel natured like other criminals but was involved in illegal business due to certain circumstances. So he thought of meeting them and talking to them. But as Munna was not present in Mumbai, Sikander Bhai alone goes to meet him. And when he entered his room he gets shocked to see the D.G. resembling just like his Munna. Later on enquiring he gets assured that he must be Munna's father. He further investigates from all corners from the time of Munna's missing in the blast, his stay at Vizag and everything about his life and comes to the conclusion that Munna is the son of R.K.Naidu. So he at once calls Munna to Mumbai to tell the good news.
On reaching there, Sikander Bhai welcomes him and congratulates him and tells him that he is not an orphan but the son of the great Mumbai D.G.R.K.Naidu. Munna gets surprised and very glad to know this. But he could not believe this fact. Then Sikander Bhai gives all his arguments and confirms him that R.K.Naidu is his father and there is no doubt in it. Munna gets very happy and thanks Sikander Bhai but tells him that he will ever remain his brother and there should be no distance in their relation. He further tells that this fact should not be revealed to anybody as he could not face his father after plotting to kill him and that R.K.Naidu also knew that fact and could not accept him as his son.. He goes near the house of R.K.Naidu to have a glimpse of his father stealthily and feels happy.

By that time, Keerthana's daughter Sindhu became a friend of Devi as she was very soft natured and got pity on Devi and her uncle Selva Swamy. So Sindhu helps Devi by making all her family members attend the temple with Sindhu in the pretext of some pooja in the temple. There Devi meets Shanti and tells her that she is marrying Munna and requests her to bless her.
