Mogalirekulu- Part 5: Mahi averts Aravind's plots to kill them and Devi returns Back

Devi gets consciousness and recollects that she is kidnapped from the temple and so shouts for help at a window. Then one goon sees her  and goes to inform somebody. But to her surprise, Mahi comes from the door and Devi gets great pleasure to see him there and tells him that somebody kidnapped her. Mahi tells her that she is safe and person kidnapping her is his man only. He tells her that there was no time or privacy at the temple to talk with her. So he got her kidnapped to talk with her.


Mahi requests Devi to return back home arguing that she first promised to him in front of God during marriage that she will remain with him throughout his life and will never leave him. So the second promise of her before God to leave him for his mother's sake is not valid. He assures that nothing will happen to his mother if she returns back to him and that he will take responsibility for everything that happens. But Devi not agrees. So he gives her one month's time to think and decide to return to him or otherwise he will leave his parents and become Munna Bhai again and go away to Dubai to lead a criminal life.

After Megha's marriage, Satya once again talks with his wife and Keerthana about the idea of getting Mahi married with Sindhu as Devi is not returning. He adds that Sindhu only can keep him happy at this moment. But both of them do not agree with him and ask him not to do anything like that. Sindhu happens to hear this conversation and gets disturbed.

Meanwhile, Mahi was enjoying with his brothers Anji, Kittu and Ali when Ali suddenly asks why Devi is keeping away from Mahi. Anji and Kittu scold Ali while Mahi leaves from the room disturbed. Just then Sathya enters the room and asks them to convince Mahi give divorce to Devi instead of wasting his life for her return so that Sindhu can be married to him. Ali gets enraged at his words and tells that they will never do like that but, on the other hand, try to unite Devi with Mahi as they love each other and can not live separated. He further asserts that there is some reason behind her staying back which can only be for their well being but not for taking any revenge as her character is not like that and that he knows her very well.

Sindhu talks with Satya regarding his conversation with Keerthana and tells him that she is ready to do anything for Mahi's happiness. Sathya thinks that she is agreeing with his decision of marrying Mahi and so he immediately goes to Selva's house and tells them to inform Devi to return immediately or else give divorce to Mahi for marrying Sindhu. Rajani tries to insult him but Selva prevents her from saying anything. Gomathi feels very happy to know that they are planning for marrying Mahi again by giving divorce to Devi. She informs Ishwar about this glad news. But he gets much disturbed at the news.

When Sathya returns home and tells Sindhu about his going to Selva's house and everything that happened, Keerthana and Sathya's wife hear their conversation from a nearby window at his backside. At first they get worried at his actions but then hearing Sindhu's words they get much relieved and proud of her good character. Sindhu tells Sathya that now Devi will definitely return to Mahi as she could not bear some other occupying her place in Mahi's heart. Sathya shocks at her reply knowing that she did all this only for Mahi's well being to unite Devi with him. He feels sad when Sindhu tells that she will not marry Mahi but wants to unite him with Devi as Devi is the right girl for him. Later Sindhu tells Mahi that he is going to be happy within a couple of days. Mahi smiles at her as he could not understand.

One day Mahi follows Devi's car while she goes to School for job and acts like smoking by projecting the hand with cigarette to her view. She gets worried throughout the day and calls to his mobile and requests him to meet her next day. So Mahi goes to her and asks for some coffee telling that due to some overdose of drinking his head is aching. Her worry increases and asks him not to resort to smoking and drinking. He tells her that since she is not listening to his words and returning home, he will also not listen to her advice. He further reminds her that 2 days have passed and only 28 days are remaining to decide herself in between the two options of letting him turn into Munna or returning to his life and give happiness to him and his parents.

Durga comes to meet Pallavi as she wanted to see him. But he is gloomy. Pallavi asks the reason for his gloom face and he tells her all about Sathya going to their house and asking for divorce from Devi. Pallavi gets shocked and immediately goes inside and asks her father whether it was true that he went to Selva's house to ask for Devi's divorce. Shanti also happens to be there along with others. She gets shocked at Pallavi's words and asks all of them to tell what is going on as she had no knowledge of all these happenings which are being kept secret from her due to her sensitive nature of health. Then, Sathya tells  that it was Devi who wanted divorce first and narrates Shanti about the CD, mangalsutra and bangles and tells her that he does not want Mahi's life to be wasted waiting for her return and so he had gone there to inform Devi to either return immediately or give divorce so that Mahi could be married to Sindhu and live a happy life. Shanti could not bear all this and leaves the room.

Later Keerthana and Satya's wife go to Shanti's room to tell sorry for Sathya's behaviour. But Shanti tells them that she is not angry with Satya as he is thinking about Mahi's happiness. She tells that she is more worried about Devi as she is unable to understand why she is doing like that. Further she is unable to bear Mahi suffering all the worries alone and appearing to be happy in front of her. So Shanti calls for Mahi and tells him that they should now move to Mumbai as RK Naidu is alone there since many days. But Mahi could not leave Hyderabad leaving Devi alone. So he requests his mother to give him a month's time and she agrees.

Meanwhile, Aravind who is waiting for taking revenge on all, tells Megha's brother Pratap that to erase the hate from Megha's mind towards his father and for developing friendly relations with Mahi and RK's family, there is a plan. He will convince Raghavendra to hold a reception party for Megha and Mohan immediately on their return from Mauritius where they have been sent on honeymoon by Pratap. He tells that they should not be informed of the reception so that they are taken by surprise and Megha will immediately forgive all the ill treatment done to her by her father. Pratap feels glad that Aravind is changing and leaving enmity with RK's family for their sake. So he agrees to his proposal and Aravind convinces Pratap's father also and asks Pratap to invite all family members of Mahi including RK to the reception to be held at Vizag. Pratap and his father Raghava think that Aravind is doing all this with good intention for their friendship sake.

So Pratap immediately reaches Hyderabad and meets RK's family and invites them for the reception which is to be fixed as per RK's convenience. But Mahi is unable to trust Aravind and tells the same to Pratap and that he will talk to his father RK Naidu and then let know him about their acceptance of the invitation.

Aravind tells his assistant Jagadish about his plans of making Pratap and Raghava feel that he is giving up his enmity with RK's family for their and their daughter Megha's sake. He tells that he is very cleverly making them believe that he will no more do any harm to them. Then he asks Jagadish to keep his men at Selva Swamy's house and then slowly at Sathya's home also so that they can know every detail from their houses and plan their attacks accordingly. So one woman Kalavathi is sent to Selva's house with a story that she is ill treated by her husband and inlaws and needs protection and shelter. So Rajani keeps her as an assistant to Muniyamma. Kalavathi observes everything and overhears their conversations and learns about Devi's living somewhere else and informs to Jagdish and he passes on the information to Aravind. Aravind gets pleased that Devi could be targeted very easily.

Meanwhile, Mahi acts like drunk and calls to Devi and tells her that he is out of house and will stay like that all through the night. She worries and asks him to come to her place instead of keeping out in the night. So he reaches her after sprinkling some liquor drops all over his body and pretends to stumble upon while walking in her house and acts like falling down and complaints that the foolish builder constructed a step  in the middle of the room which made him fall. Devi asks him to sleep calmly without making fuss. She sits near him and thinking him to be asleep, she says that she understands his pain and so she will definitely return back to him within his given period of one month but will never let him turn into Munna again. Mahi was only pretending to be sleeping and hears all her talking and feels happy within himself. Early in the morning he leaves her house without her knowledge when she is asleep.

Mahi feels very happy and returns home. Sindhu comes to him and says sorry to him. She tells that her plan flopped and could not keep her words that he will be happy within 2,3 days. Mahi asks her what was her plan. Then she tells about Satya going to Selva's house demanding divorce from Devi for marrying Mahi with Sindhu. Mahi shocks and asks Sindhu whether it has been told to Devi. When Sindhu replies 'not yet', he calms down and tells Sindhu about Devi's vow before God and warns her not to do such things again or else Devi will go away for ever feeling assured that Mahi will be happy by marrying Sindhu. Then he tells her that anyhow Devi will be coming back very soon as he had heard her say so. Sindhu gets pleased at this and runs to tell everybody about Devi's returning inspite of his preventing.

First of all, Sindhu tells Shanti about the good news of Devi's decision to return. Then she tells Satya, Keerthana and others. All of them get happy and come to Mahi to confirm. Mahi tells them that she agreed to come back but will take some more time as he had given her one month's time already. Sindhu then reveals to them about Devi's oath before God. Sathya gets very guilty and ashamed of his behaviour with her. So he calls to Selva and tells him that he mistook everything and now feeling very guilty as he came to know of her love and sacrifice for his sake and Shanti's life. He requests Selva to convey all this to Devi and ask her to come back immediately. Selva and others feel happy while Gomati gets displeased.

Mahi plans some drama to make Devi come back immediately as he is afraid that she may change her mind if she takes more time. So he meets Selva and tells him and his family members to act like as if Selva is serious and admitted into hospital due to excessive worry over Devi's absence. Selva agrees for this even though Gomati is not prepared for this drama. So Mahi arranges for the drama in a hospital with the help of one Doctor. He gives the SIM of Ishwar to Selva to hand over it to Ishwar who was not present at that time. After making all arrangements in the hospital Selva gets admitted and all wait with gloomy faces for Devi. Ishwar informs Devi about Selva Swamy's getting serious and admitted into hospital while Mahi is in her house. At first she does not believe the news. But when Ishwar talks to her and asserts that he is really admitted into the ICU she becomes worried and tells Mahi about the message. Mahi pretends to be worried too and tells Devi that he will take her to the hospital in his vehicle.

So they reach the hospital and Devi meets Selva and seeing his condition decides to stay in the hospital with him till he recovers. All get pleased with her decision. Meanwhile Mahi and Ishwar manage in keeping Gomati unconscious for some hours with the Doctor's help as per Selva's request. Devi stays awake throughout the night to take care of Selva and goes to sleep in the early hours of next morning. Meanwhile Gomati opens her eyes and recollects all incidents and gets angry that she had been kept asleep by giving some injection. She threatens to tell the truth to Devi. Just then Mahi comes there and warns Gomati that he will not spare her if she did something. She gets frightened with his warning.

Devi agrees to come to Selva's house as he took promise from her that she will not leave him again if he has to live happily without worries. Selva feels very happy and thanks Mahi on phone and requests to talk with his mother Shanti. Shanti agrees to talk with Selva over phone and Selva thanks her for accepting Devi as their daughter-in-law inspite of all the developments that took place and praises her along with RK and Satya to be very great and wide hearted people. Then he requests her to forgive all his past deeds if she can.

Now the maid servant kept by Jagdish in Selva's house informs all the happenings to Jagdish who passes on the same to Aravind. Aravind had already broken his leg once by falling down from the stairs when he was coming down in a hurry in the midnight to prevent Jagdish from keeping trace of Devi to kidnap her as he gets afraid of a bad dream in which his mother was weeping upon their fate. Raghava doubts his behaviour but Aravind covers by saying that he was coming down for water only when he slipped.

Aravind plans for massive attack when all family members of RK will be present at the reception ceremony of Megha and Mohan. Initially the party and reception have been arranged at Park Hotel. But Aravind and Jagdish realize that when both functions take place at same venue they can not be able to arrange for the attack as there will be continuous vigilance at the venue. So Aravind plans for shifting of the venue of reception to Pratap's house to facilitate his planning for attack. He takes advantage of Pratap's emotional feelings for his demised mother by telling him that he (Aravind) got a dream in which Pratap's mother was watching the function of Megha and Mohan's reception and blessed them and thanked Pratap for getting his sister married so happily. Now, Pratap feels that his mother's soul may really be wandering in the house to witness the marriage of her daughter and bless her. So he immediately changes the venue and informs Mahi and RK also accordingly.

Now, Mahi gets doubt regarding change of the venue for reception. When Pratap tells that the change was made on Aravind's advice after his getting a dream, Mahi's doubts increase  and he suspects Aravind is planning something to trap them. So to confirm it, he goes to Vizag in the pretext of some AHS work and manages in kidnapping Aravind and his assistant Jagdish when they were on their morning walk and ties them up in a old factory site. Then, Mahi goes to Pratap's house and talks with Raghava with serious warnings and confirms that Raghava is innocent and knows nothing. Then he arrives to the place where Aravind and Jagdish have been tied and threatens to kill both of them. Jagdish gets much frightened and reveals the truth that there was no dream and Aravind intentionally got the venue changed so that he can attack and destroy RK Naidu's whole family. He further tells that no plan has been made yet as to how to attack and kill them. Thus Mahi gets to know their secrets and tells his goons to keep them tied up like that all through the days till the reception is over.

Then Mahi goes to AHS and after looking after his work, again goes to Raghava's house and brings him and his son Pratap along with him to the place where Aravind and Jagdish are kept. He shows them to Pratap and Raghava and reveals about Aravind's wicked plans in arranging a reception and then changing the venue to suit their plots. Both Pratap and Raghavendra get shocked and later feel great relief that their plans have been thwarted otherwise blame would have gone over them. Raghava gets very furious at Aravind and cancels his friendship with him for ever from that day. Even then he is restless and gets afraid of holding the reception as some thing might have been planned already by Aravind and his men. So he tells Pratap to cancel the ceremony and inform RK Naidu and others.

Meanwhile, Devi worries about Mahi not contacting or sending messages to her and fears that he might be engaged in some work of Sikander Bhai as Selva told her that Sikander Bhai enquired about the reasons behind Mahi's decision in informing that he is returning to Dubai very soon. So Devi contacts Sindhu and asks for his whereabouts. When Sindhu tells that she does not know, Devi reaches their house with the help of Durga and meets Shanti, Satya and others and requests Shanti to prevent Mahi from turning into Munna and returning to Dubai. They say they will not prevent him from doing so but on the other hand ask her to return to Mahi without any fears of her vow before God saying that Mahi can not live without her and she too can not live without Mahi. Shanti further says that all of them will unitedly pray to God to not harm any of them if she returns assuring that God never harms those who always think of others' happiness. So Devi finally agrees to return to them but still has some fear within her.

While returning from their house, she stops at Sai Baba temple and requests God not to harm anybody because of her returning to Mahi but instead take her own life if He is not pleased with her act. Meanwhile, Shanti informs RK about Devi's agreeing to return to them and also tells him that she appeared to be still having some fear in her mind and requests RK that they should immediately bring her home. Just then Pratap calls to RK and informs him of the cancellation of reception revealing to him about Aravind's plot and all the incidents that took place.

RK Naidu calls to Devi and expresses his joy at her decision of returning to them. He also tells her about the plan of attack on them by Aravind and how Mahi averted the mishap and says that it is a good result of her decision to return. He tells that she decided to return to them and immediately they got the news of their safety against Aravind's plot to kill them. This means God agreed with her decision by showing that nothing bad will happen if she returns to her husband and his family. Devi becomes very happy at this news from her father-in-law and feels very relaxed and immediately informs all this to Selva and also her parents and all others.

Finally, Devi calls to Mahi to share her happiness in returning to him and requests him to meet her at their favourite place in old city where they often used to meet always before marriage. As Mahi was just then returning from Vizag after getting Aravind and Mahi arrested, he first informs his mother about his return to Hyderabad and then goes to meet Devi and both of them enjoy the moments very happily and Devi tells him that she will never leave him again.
