In the feud between Viren and Prithvi, in the Agni Poolu serial, the trigger of pistol in Viren's hand goes off and Viren's mother Parvati, who was trying to control the anger of Viren, gets the bullet in her stomach and falls down unconscious with heavy bleeding. Immediately she is taken to hospital. Even though Viren did not allow Prithvi to touch his mother, Prithvi helps him in carrying her into the car and reach hospital. She was immediately put in ICU and treatment starts. Swamidass rushes to the hospital and requests the Doctors to save his wife's life at any cost.
Meanwhile, Neelu, who was calling to Prithvi at the time of the feud between Viren and Prithvi, hears the shouts and noises of the happenings over mobile and gets tense and worried. She tells her father also of the shouts and bullet shot that she heard on phone. Immediately both of them rush to Prithvi's house and find the marks of blood on the floor as by that time Parvati has been carried to hospital and nobody was there. Police arrive and find the father and daughter there and enquire about the happenings. Krishnamurthy and his daughter tell them what they had heard on phone.
Now, Swamidass gets Prithvi arrested for attempting to murder Parvati using his influence. He gets the help of Sameer, a youth political leader at Delhi having great influence among high command and who has contact with all circles of people. Sameer uses his influence and tactics in trapping Prithvi. On his instructions, one ACP and the SI of the police station where Prithvi is kept make Prithvi hold a pistol by throwing it into his hands telling him that they found the pistol at the place of attack which is registered in his name. Prithvi had to catch the pistol and after seeing it he tells that it is not his pistol. But it was only a plot to get his fingerprints on the pistol which was already got registered in Prithvi's name. Thus Prithvi falls prey to their plot.
When Prithvi does not respond to Neelu's calls, she gets anxious and goes to enquire at police station whether he came there to give complaint about the shooting of Parvati. There she finds him in lockup and immediately informs the members of Bar Council and also her father. They go there and talk to the SI who does not behave properly with them telling that the police have sufficient proof to arrest him. So they plan for getting bail for Prithvi and go to the court. When the lawyers are on their way from court to the police station with bail papers, Sameer stops them and threatens them not to interfere in Prithvi's case by showing a photo of the lawyer's daughter telling that she is held by his men and can be killed if they do not listen to his words. So, bail is not arranged and they tell Prithvi and Krishnamurthy that it was late and court is closed.
Sameer comes to know of the frequent visits of Prithvi to Govind Master in jail and their great affection towards each other through his informers. He wanted to know the relationship between them as he is very suspicious of the bondage between a lawyer and a prisoner. So he goes to the jail and meets him introducing himself as a close friend of Prithvi in the name of Pawan. Govindji does not believe him and did not answer to his questions. Sameer understands that he will not reveal anything. Then he comes out and tells the jail superintendent to enquire about past life of Govind Master by going through all his old records.
Meanwhile, Samir and Swamidass go to the police station to threaten Prithvi from telling truth in court when the case will be heard on next day. Samir tells Prithvi that if he does not do as per their advice, Govindji's life will be in risk. So when Krishnamurthy takes a famous lawyer to Prithvi for knowing facts of the case to argue in his favour, Prithvi keeps silent and do not disclose the facts to him requesting for some time to think as to what to do.
In the meantime Raju's mother had managed Raju to agree that they leave Hyderabad and go to their native place to safeguard themselves from Swamidass. But Raju wanted to meet Viren before leaving. So she took her mother's permission after a lot of persuasion and went to Viren's house in Neelaveni car. Neelu stays outside while Raju goes in. Viren was alone at that moment and she poured out all her anger over him and when he looks innocent, informs him about all the deeds of his father. She called Viren a person with no values and individual identity. All his existence is dependent on his father, his power and wealth. He has no worth of himself and will be a useless fellow without his father. She asks him to create an identity of himself first and become an independent person and make his own decisions instead of being a puppet in his father's hands. She further tells him that she is lucky to have known of his deplorable personality before she got married to him. Viren becomes dumb and motionless as she lashes at him.
Slowly Viren tries to digest Raju's each word and feels very sorry for all that happened. He now realizes how foolish he has been all these years. He gets disturbed and tense at all happenings and at his father's mentality. So he leaves the house and stays in a hotel to escape from his father's lectures and advices. Somehow his father traces his abode with the help of his men and manages to take him home. But Viren do not go to hospital to visit his mother as he is very guilty and could not face her. Internally he becomes very shattered but still maintains himself to be very proud, stubborn and arrogant in front of others as his ego does not allow him to be humble. When Gaurishankar comes to his house along with his daughter Shammee to meet Swamidass and Viren, Viren goes out of the house in an angry and disturbed mood once again as he does not like his engagement with Shammee.
Prithvi calls to Swamidass from SI's phone and tells him that he is ready to take the blame on himself and save Viren on the condition that he is allowed to meet Parvati madam before attending court. Swamidass gets angry and very much disturbed at this and Prithvi gives him time to decide and inform back. Meanwhile, Govindji calls to Neelaveni as he gets worried about Prithvi and informs her about the visit of some person named as Pawan and enquiring about Prithvi's relationship with him. Neelu could not tell him that Prithvi is arrested. So she maintains that Prithvi is out on some urgent work and she will bring him to him as soon as he returns.
Maithili, who has been in Mumbai with Sonu and Abbas, decides to return back as Shyam Charan's whereabouts are not being traced. Sonu and Abbas go to the station to send off her and after the train starts, they return to their cab only to be astonished at Mili's presence in the cab. Mili do not like going back and so got down from the train and returned to the cab. They feel happy that she did not go.
Meanwhile, when Shyam Charan's assistant Bhargava returns home after Maithili's decision to leave Mumbai, he gets surprised to see Shyam Charan sleeping in the house. He wakes him up and tells him about Maithili arriving in Mumbai in search of him and after so many days' stay, her returning back to Hyderabad just a few minutes back. Shyam feels very sorry and immediately goes to the station to stop her, but by the time he and Bhargava reach the station, the train left the platform.
Shyam Charan gets heart-broken and Bhargava consoles him and takes him to Sonu's house. Sonu bursts upon Shyam for torturing Mili by going away from her and not even keeping contact with her for so many months. Shyam expresses his grief and requests Sonu to inform her friend to forgive his follies. Then Mili comes from within and meets Shyam and they feel very happy meeting each other and forgiving each other's mistakes.
Parvati is recovering in the hospital slowly. She is more agitated mentally due to which she is unable to recover fast. Whenever Swamidass visits her during her consciousness, she again and again asks for her son Viren. She knew that he is mentally disturbed ever since she was hit from his pistol. Viren does not come in contact even to his father's phone calls after he left the house in a disturbed mood when Gourishankar visited his house.with Shammee. So Swamidass could not answer to Parvati's enquiries of Viren and simply tries to evade her questions and tells her to be cool. But Sameer comes to know of Viren's stay at some hotel through his informers and goes to him. Viren gets enraged at his arrival. Sameer calms down him by saying that he is a well wisher of him. He tells that he does not like his father's behaviour and advises Viren to listen to his conscience and do as he likes. Viren liked his advice and after Sameer left, he thinks over it and suddenly calls to Shammee in the night itself and tells her that he does not like engagement with her. Shammee gets shocked and becomes very disturbed and violent and throws down all things in her room and the servants of her house get bewildered at her behaviour and immediately call to her father who is out of city on some business. He asks them to keep vigil over her telling that he is coming immediately.
When Shyam and Bhargava are in Sonu's house, Sonu thinks of talking with Neelu and calls to her. But Neelaveni begins crying desperately in phone. Sonu, Mili and all others get much worried as to why she is weeping like that. Neelu tells them all that happened regarding Parvati getting bullet and Prithvi getting arrested and later Raju meeting Viren and Raju's decision to leave Hyderabad along with her mother. Sonu and Mili console Neelu telling her that they will be reaching Hyderabad the next day to meet her and Raju.
Gaurishankar returns home and learns from his daughter regarding Viren refusing engagement and immediately calls to Viren in anger. But Viren repeats the same with him also. Gaurishankar fumes and calls to Swamidass who is with Sameer at that time and shouts at him for his son's behaviour. Swamidass pleads ignorance about Viren's behaviour but Gaurishankar threatens him of dire consequences if the engagement of Viren with his daughter does not take place. Swamidass immediately goes to Viren and bursts upon him. But Viren clearly tells him that he has the freedom to marry as per his choice and he will not accept engagement nor marriage with Sharmila.
Sameer wants to cash on this opportunity by creating depths in the relations of Swamidass and Gaurishankar. He does not like Swamidass' nature as he is very selfish, wicked and arrogant and do not think of people caring and helping him in maintaining his position. Swamidass always thought it as of his own credit that he is in such dominant position. So Sameer takes immediate appointment with Gaurishankar and goes to his house and reveals to him all the incidents leading to Parvati getting a bullet in her stomach through Viren's pistol and lying in hospital which was kept secret from his knowledge by Swamidass and also about Viren's staying somewhere else due to differences with father. But he maintains as if he is much worried of Swamidass and so come to him for requesting him to understand Swamidass' mental condition and don't get angry with him or break ties with him. After Sameer leaves the house, Gaurishankar thinks over all this and decides to give Swamidass a chance to rectify his son's mistakes as Shammee is not prepared to lose Viren at any cost.
Meanwhile, Govindji gets shifted from the Cherlapalli jail to some unknown place as per instructions of Sameer as he got the weak point of Prithvi that he will do anything for Govindji's safety. Swamidass informed Sameer that Krishnamurthy is trying to meet Govindji very desperately and to avoid their meeting Govindji has to be removed from his cell on the pretext of giving treatment to him in hospital. Govindji suspects foul play and protests. But he is forcefully carried into an ambulance and taken away by the time Krishnamurthy arrives there along with his daughter. It is told to them that Govind Master's condition was very serious and so taken to Gandhi hospital for treatment. When they rush to the hospital, they come to know that it was a false statement by the jail superintendent. So they again go to the jail superintendent but he tells them that after treatment he might have been taken to another jail and that he has no idea of which jail.
Gaurishankar goes to the hospital where Parvati is undergoing treatment secretly and consoles her as she is very much worried for Viren's absence. After coming out of her room, he tells Swamidass clearly that he will not bear any breach of her daughter's engagement or marriage with Viren at any cost. Meanwhile,Viren thinks of Sameer to be a solace for his agitated mind and goes to his place at night time. Sameer welcomes him, offers drink and food and Viren feels very guilty for his previous behaviour with him and drinks a lot and sleeps in his house for the night. The next morning, Sameer takes him to the hospital telling that his mother is very much worried for his absence. Parvati gets a lot of relief on seeing him safe and asks him not to go away from her again. She tells him that differences in thoughts of people or anger should not lead to separation of people. Viren wanted to tell a lot to her but could not speak at all because of guilty and repentance.
Viren's conscience is much weeping now after knowing how his father fooled him for his personal gains and used him as a dummy for getting him married to Gaurishankar's daughter. He accuses himself of being a killer as the bullet could have killed his mother if God has not been kind enough in saving her. He further feels guilty for Prithvi's arrest due to his deeds and his father's cruel cunning nature. He thinks of telling the truth and surrendering in court. But Swamidass threatens him that if he tells the truth, then he will have to commit suicide as he can't bear losing his power and image and get humiliated in the eyes of public. Viren loves his father very much and can't lose him. So he kills his conscience but suffers a lot of disturbance within himself.
The conflict between human values and emotions in the hearts of Parvati, Prithvi and Viren and other characters of Agni Poolu has been very marvellously depicted which touches your hearts and makes you feel sorry for the pitiable condition of the characters.
